PARKING

Street parking is free of charge in front of the studio. Additional parking is offered across the street, next to the medical building in Ford's location. Matawan location parking is available in our studio parking lot.

 

BOOKING

Please book on our online booking website Vagaro to gain points if you have a membership with us. You won’t collect any points if you choose to book through phone or text. Please create easy-to-remember passwords (your birthday) to ensure you remember to book again next time.  Automatic appointment that is available weekly, every 2,3 weeks, or monthly so you don’t have to worry about booking your appointment every time before you come. Any changes to your appointment must be made 48 hours in advance. You can change your appointment online or in person, phone call/text.
Should you choose to receive push notifications from the app, a text message will be sent to you right after you book an appointment detailing the service, price, time, and location. 24 hours before your appointment, you will get an appointment confirmation message. 3 hours before your appointment, you will get an appointment reminder message.

 

PRICE

The service you choose to book is the service you receive. Likewise, you will pay accordingly for that service. Exceptions include promotions, birthdays, and specials; the discount will be taken off the total at the time you pay.

 

BOOKING AN EYELASH SERVICE

Matawan Location. To prevent No-shows or last-minute cancelations.  All new clients booking an eyelash service or any other service that requires 60 minutes or more to do? Clients for the first time will need to make a $50 for lash and facial service and, a $200 permanent makeup service deposit upon booking to secure their appointment slot. Deposits can be sent through Zelle imagicstudionnj@gmail.com account name: C’EST CHIC LLC  or Venmo(please reach us for Venmo information) or cash in person. Please select the right type of new set or fill in for the lash type you wish to have. Or any permanent make-up service.  What you select will be exactly what we will apply to you and that is the amount of money you will pay. If it is your first time, you book under first-time clients for a particular race. Any lash extensions, new sets, and fill-in, with all our lash artists. Note that any lash services with Ruby will be slightly higher than our team rate (please ask for the exact price). Please choose an add-on if you would like an add-on service such as brow, lip, or chin wax or hand moisturizer gloves.

 

LASH SERVICE REFILLS

If at any time you have less than 30,% ( 10-20 extension)   extensions per eye, the purchase of a full set will be required. If you have not come in for a fill-in for 4 weeks, the purchase of a full set will be required regardless of how many lash extensions you have remaining. This will give us enough time to create new, fluffy, and beautiful lashes. The time duration for a refill is not enough to provide a new set.
Your natural lashes shed on a regular basis. To maintain the look of your full set, refills are recommended every 2-3 weeks. Our technicians can only work with whatever time has been booked. If it has been more than three weeks since your last visit, we recommend that you book the next level up. 

 

REFILL GUIDELINES

All refills must be two, three weeks or under (30% or more lashes remain). If you have less than 20% of lashes on during your appointment, you will automatically be charged for a full set. If you are unsure, please send me a picture before your appointment. 
10-17 days: 2 week refill
18-24 days: 3 week refill
25+ days: new set

LASH SERVICE REFILLS FROM OTHER SALONS

We cannot guarantee the work of other salons; if you already have eyelash extensions from another salon, there may be additional fees if the lash extensions were not applied correctly and need to be removed. The lash extension removal fee is $25 for a partial set removal (10 to 30 lashes removed per eye) and $49 for a full set removal (more than 30 lashes per eye). A full set must then be purchased.

 

BOOKING A SEMI-PERMANENT makeup:  AN OMBRE OR MICROBLADING NANO EYEBROWS, LIPS OR EYELINER…..

BROW

Prices for permanent makeup or brows services are shown online for your convenience. 
If you wish to book any permanent makeup service such as brows, lips, or eyeliner, please make sure that, when booking, you are serious about the date and time. We will contact you afterward to see if you have any questions that need to be cleared before the service day. The deposit is required to secure your appointment unless you have previously paid and have come for a consultation.


Please book your touch-up service appointment before you leave or online booking 24/7 at your convenience. Touch-up services must be done 4 to 8 weeks after the initial appointment. If more than 8 weeks have passed, you will pay more for the cost.

REFERRAL

We provide referral cards to all of our clients who love our work. Please ask us to have some to pass to your friends; you and your friend will be rewarded with a special discount.

PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY
Every appointment has an allotted time period reserved especially for that guest, and we want you to get the most out of your appointment time. If it is your first visit, please arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment start time in order to complete all necessary paperwork without cutting into your session time. For all returning guests, please arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment time to check in, get situated, wash your eyes, and be ready to go for your beauty nap time.

 

LATE POLICIES

 

ARRIVING LATE FOR AN APPOINTMENT

Please notify us if you are running late for your appointment. Failure to do so may result in your service being altered to fit in the remaining time available and the result of the service may not be what you desire. Out of respect for other guests, we cannot cut into another guest’s appointment time to make up for your lost appointment minutes if you are late. You may have to take the loss of time; your service time will be shorter so that the next client’s appointment starts on time. If you are at least 30 minutes late and we haven’t heard from you, your appointment will be treated as a NO SHOW and fees will be applied.

 

WE ARE RUNNING BEHIND SCHEDULE

We respect your time and try our best to keep our schedule running smoothly. Sometimes, we run into challenges with preceding clients that can’t be predicted. If we’re running behind, we will offer you a 10% discount if you have waited for more than 20 minutes.

 

CHANGE OF SERVICE

If time permits, your service may be changed to one that is longer. Please ask your technician about this policy.

CANCELLATIONS

We require 48  hours' notice if you have to cancel an appointment. This allows us enough time to offer that time slot to another guest and notify our technicians of their new schedule so that they can plan their day accordingly. If you  cancel an appointment on the same day, you will be  charged a late cancellation fee of $50 or your deposits will be lost 
We accept cancellations by phone or in person.

 

NO SHOW

Please be courteous and notify us if you cannot make your appointment.

1st No-show – Free pass as we realize this sometimes happens.
2nd No show – Fee $50 prior to appointment.
3rd No-show – Full payment of service will be required at time of booking.
4th No-show – You will be blocked from booking online. You may have to call to discuss next steps.

 

PAYMENTS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Zelle Quickpay, and Debit for deposit. The rest will be paid in cash on the day of ervice . Checks are accepted if you are our existing customer. We offer an ATM for your convenience at our Ford location.

 

CONTACTS

If you wear contacts, please let our lash technicians know so that we may inform you about wearing lash extensions with contacts.

 

ALLERGIES

If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during an eyelash extension service, please contact us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you’ve experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the past and think you may have an allergy to our products, please let us know before your appointment. A patch test can be administered prior to the appointment. Simply call or text us with this request. *Refunds are not given for allergic reactions, however, we will remove the lashes free of charge. Eyelash adhesives contain cyanoacrylates, however, we do use hypoallergenic glue for sensitive eyes and take extra care for our clients who have sensitive eyes.

 

CHILDREN

If you would like to bring children to your appointment, we ask that you phone to notify us prior to your appointment. Children aged 10 and older are okay to bring, however, we are not responsible for watching them. During very busy times, we may not be able to accommodate children and our team will not be able to provide supervision.

 

CELL PHONES

Should be turned onto silent mode and put away in order to minimize distractions and potential hazards—this is especially crucial for eye and brow services, which involves the use of very pointy shaped tweezers and adhesives around the delicate eye area, and therefore requires a great deal of focus and precision on the part of our technicians. 
Please be courteous and respectful of your technician’s time and work by keeping your phone on silent until your service time ends.  We reserve the right to refuse service if you stretch the time of lashing.
