All services are by appointment only.

To secure your preferred time and service, we recommend booking in advance.

Booking Confirmation:

•       Your appointment is confirmed only upon receiving a confirmation message from iMagic Luxury Beauty.
•       Please respond to confirmation messages promptly.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

•       We understand that plans may change. Kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
•       Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals:

•       We strive to accommodate all clients promptly. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to ensure timely service for the next client.

No-Shows:

•       Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice may be subject to a no-show fee.

Children and Guests:

•       For the comfort of all clients, we kindly request that you refrain from bringing children or additional guests unless they have a scheduled appointment.

Patch Tests:

•       For specific services, such as tinting, a patch test may be required before the appointment to ensure there are no allergic reactions. Please inquire during booking.

Service Adjustments:

•       If you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know during your visit so that we may address and adjust accordingly.

Health and Safety:

•       If you are feeling unwell or have been in contact with someone with a contagious illness, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment for the safety of our team and other clients.

Payment:

•       Payment is due at the time of service. We accept various forms of payment, including cash and card.

Gift Certificates:

•       Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service and are subject to our regular booking policies.
